Idaly joined the company in 2016 and was elected Vice President in 2024. Idaly holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management with a concentration in Information Systems Management from Arizona State University. She has a background in Human Resources in the healthcare field prior to joining Dawson and started her career in retail as an Inventory Analyst for a major national retailer. Idaly’s focus is to create an atmosphere where employees feel motivated, valued, and equipped for success.

She serves on the board for the Permian Basin Workforce Board and has served in other boards for non-profit charitable organizations. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional.
