Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 30, 2014, Dawson Geophysical Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it plans to publicly release its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, the Company’s third quarter of fiscal 2014, before the market opens on Wednesday, August 6, 2014. In addition, the Company announced that an investors’ conference call to review the third quarter results will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
